Use case:
I am really interested in say Krishna Das and add him to my collections.
I am now planning a trip to NYC say for AmuseLabs work.
Collections should understand I am planning a trip to NYC and also should know that Krishna Das' Kirtan Wallah foundation is in NYC and should suggest me while I am planning my trip
