4ti2interface creates large number of folders

I aim to solve over 10,000 equations with 4ti2Interface_zsolve_equalities_and_inequalities_in_positive_orthant. For each solutions GAP creates a temporary folder. I get a warning after 1,000 and later after 10,000 folders have been created. Is it really necessary to keep these folders after the specific equation has been solved? Perhaps it is even possible to transfer the parameters to 4ti2 in RAM only and not on the hard drive.
