We still have to downgrade Macaulay2 in the CI because otherwise there are errors, see #455.

Our gap-docker-base is now based on Ubuntu 22.04, where we cannot downgrade Macaulay2 to 1.16 anymore due to missing dependencies. Thus, I will remove Macaulay2 from the docker images completely. For now, we still run the tests with Macaulay2 1.16 on homalgjenkins, but this also can break any time.

homalgjenkins now breaks about every second time due to Macaulay2. Since due to this issue support will vanish anyway in the foreseeable future, I will remove Macaulay2 from homalgjenkins.
