How to get UserId full (ex: AAA <[email protected]>) in Zimlet #3

I need get UserId (AAA [email protected]) of account in ToField of ZmMailMSG. When you lookup pubKey on SKS-Server, if input is mail only then error with mails: [email protected] with [email protected], [email protected]. So, i need input is UserId full. Please help me !
