Description

Implement a boilerplate Newsletter subscription form for the HNG.tech website, so users can sign up to receive information on the latest updates of the boilerplate.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. A User should be able to sign up to receive hng.tech newsletter.
  2. A User should be able to receive a Welcome email notifications on subscription to the HNG.tech boilerplate.
