SCP Permission Denied Error on Pull Request

Description:

I'm encountering a permission error every time a pull request is made. The error message is:

scp: /tmp//pr-deploy.sh: Permission denied
Error: Prohttps://github.com/hngprojects/hng_boilerplate_expressjs/pullscess completed with exit code 1.

Details:

• Error Message: scp: /tmp//pr-deploy.sh: Permission denied
• Exit Code: 1
• Repository: hngprojects/hng_boilerplate_expressjs

Context:

This error started occurring after a few changes were made to the main Pr-deploy repository. I have reviewed the workflow and ensured that all necessary variables are assigned the correct values.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new pull request in the repository.
2. Observe the error message during the deployment process.

• Verified that all necessary environment variables are set correctly.
