For my bookkeeping: currently GosCan requires 'chr' prefix in the bam files

^ would also note this for the driver files. I personally have not tested it without the prefix yet for drivers, but I directly used the prefix in driver files because I had had the issue of mutations defined from the bam files not showing up when I didn't use the 'chi' prefix
