Hi,
I managed to generate a plot successfully with UpsetR.
But one of my samples has relatively high set size in comparison with the rest. Therefore when it is showed on the interaction bar plot when compared to itself, the bar is way higher than everyone elses (which does not make the comparison meaningful).
Is there a way to either
exclude all self comparisons from the interaction comparisons within the upset plot?
or log transform the interaction sizes for better visibility?
