Page numbers not aligning with the pdf page number #272

The page numbers currently do not align with the actual page numbers of the pdf.
This makes it more difficult to reference and navigate to particular pages when discussing the content with others.
Would it be possible to start the page numbering at the first page, and skip the roman numerals?
