Rename VFX Composer or extract particle system functionality into a new library #376

After having its layerable modules extracted into Material Composer, VFX Composer really only does particles now, so the name and branding of the library is a little off. Let's fix it by either giving the library a new name, or extracting the particles functionality into a new library.
