qtcreator has "rewrap paragraph" which works almost correctly, unfortunately not quite (not entirely sure how it is supposed to work, it never does what I want), so can't just do the same in fakevim. But we can probably do something similar.

I guess this falls into https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-11913 .

gq might be too complex to implement. I'm often not satisfied even with what Vim does with the text (after gqip) -- it can break some indentation or listing.

A simple implementation in FakeVim would be nice ... or maybe we can just override gq commands in the example and add automates tests to see if it can be done.

I usually just use it for comments (and usually just shift+v, gq to break up a long line properly).

and yeah, I was thinking that it probably had to be handled outside of fakevim.cpp
