Once we move to streaming retrieval, we will want to consider whether to include end dates in QREL entries in the topic files. There are two reasons we might want to include them:

  1. Event-related topics might have a natural end date, based on the date of the event.
  2. The assessors might have stopped annotating at a certain date.
