How to use this offline

I want to install it on my pc and use it when I don't have internet

You can run it from source, as described in the readme, or you could directly clone the repository's ghpages branch, which already has the transpiled files, and run a local HTTP server on your machine. There's currently no way to avoid these extra steps.

Additionally, the instrument samples are currently hosted on my own external server, so you'd have to manually scrape the files from there, and the whole library of samples is quite large.

Im not sure how to go about that I am a noob, I would appreciate additional help cause I really like this, a vst version would be ideal but anyway I can use it would be good without internet

I'm afraid I can't help you further then, unfortunately. Might I recommend Reaper instead?

Could you possibly compile an exe so I could use it easily
