FR: Support for removal of unused software

Hi Hannes!

We're investigating the removal of some applications that we've deployed for years, but no longer want to maintain or support. However, we're concerned that some users might be using these applications - so we're probably going to start our approach with using Munki 3's Removal of Unused Software feature.

I'm totally OK with adding the key to the pkginfo file myself, but I can't seem to find this feature in MunkiAdmin. I figured I'd submit a feature request, since it'd be useful to have in the GUI.
