New Noptin post notification not sent for latest article published

For the 1st time, the "latest post notification" was not automatically generated and sent to all of my e-mail subscribers, for the latest article I did publish on my site, "Le Kfard Dchaîné", today at 10:07pm CET.

The automatic generation of the "latest post notification" worked well until my previous article publication, on December 29th, 2023. It was generated automatically 5 minutes after the publication of the article.

Could you please open your automated email in the email editor and confirm if everything is set up correctly? Sometimes database upgrades after a plugin update might override your campaign settings.

I'm another who has this issue... But it has NEVER worked so I assume I don't have it set up correctly. what are these automated email steps that you mention. I have seen NO step by step instructions that I'm supposed to accomplish. With Jetpack (what I left) it was just all done for me, so I assume it would be the same here...
I'm rather simple so please list all the steps and we'll see if I can follow your simple instructions...
