VSCode - Q1 2023 focus

In the second half of 2022, the web extension saw many improvements (embedding the LSP server with wasm, documentation on hover, signature help, better completion, go to definition).

What should be the focus for Q1 2023 an beyond? Here the candidates:

• LSP / VSCode: Clarity Insights #719 - display information about the contract in a custom webview within VSCode. Partially blocked by Add static cost analysis #781
• VSCode: Execute a contract or snippet #794 - blocked by Support debugger in wasm builds #459
• Add an opinionated formatter #606 - formatting and code generation unlock other cool things (eg: code refacto)

These are big milestones, only one would fit in Q1 but it does not represent the totality of the work that'll be done on the VSCode extension and the LSP in Q1
