いま改めてみると、開発の進んでいる感じが非常に分かりやすいなあと思った
けど、

実際changelogに残す文化が廃れたから去年9月以降動いてない
このファイルがGitHub内にあるだけだと誰も見ないから存在意義が薄い…？

ので、とても優先度は低いけど一応処遇をせっかくなら考えたいかも
