Any plans on supporting ROS3 cloud driver?

Currently hdf5 scientific working is migrating to direct cloud reading. The hdf5 cpp library is adding support for reading directly from Amazon S3 cloud through ros3.

Are there any plans on including this read-only support also in hdf5r?

For me the library is in maintenance mode but I would consider a PR.
