Last code retreat was great. Would be nice to repeat it next year.

Why?

To learn more Elixir and connect with more members in the community.

It's not Elixir specific, the same time it's about new way of teamwork - Mob programming.

• (10 minutes) Woody Zuill explains how Mob Programming works
• (53 minutes) Mob Programming: GOTO 2017 session by Woody Zuill. Worth the 53 minutes!

I'll be there myself and suggest to join to see what ideas this can give us on how to organize our own Mob Elixir Retreat.
