Authorize for code这一步，Client ID等没问题
点击"Authorize"登陆微软账号提示“无法使用个人帐户在此登录，请改用工作或学校帐户。”

个人账户可以的，你要去azure.com上面使用免费的个人域，创建应用程序.Azure Active Directory
