@ericmj Hello, upyun.com recently add a CDN mirror to https://repo.hex.pm in China, could you please add it to https://hex.pm/docs/mirrors

the Mirror Host is https://hexpm.upyun.com , and the CDN provide is UPYUN. Thanks
