Forge 1.18.2 profile

Running Minos within a docker container on my unraid server and im missing forge profiles, i see this is a common problem but i cant make any sense of how to fix it given the information already present. I tried to find a universal.jar file to drag and drop in the profiles folder but also no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
