MineOS TrueNAS Invalid plugin.yml

I am running MineOS in a truenas core via a jail. I have an issues that I would like to be solved:

I currently run a Minecraft server in MineOS running 1.19.2 Paper. It runs ok and hasn't had too many issues except for this. I tried to add plugins to the plugins server but for some reason, I keep getting this error in logs when I run the server (BTW server works fine just plugins never run):

[14:10:29] [Server thread/ERROR]: Could not load 'plugins/voicechat-bukkit-1.19.2-2.3.24.jar' in folder 'plugins'
org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidDescriptionException: Invalid plugin.yml

Something to be noted, I used the same plugin and paper and ran it on windows 10 on PC, and it was FINE. So it's definitely server side and most likely a plugin.yml problem.
