Im following all your instructions and getting the -sh: rsync: Permission denied error.

Oops, my mistake. Make sure that rsync is executable (use a command like chmod +x rsync to make it executable).
Instructions have been updated.

Thanks for the fast update but now if I check rsync inside the camera I get an
rsync
Illegal instruction error

If I check it from outside as you said in the instructions no info is shown.

Is it working properly? Or did I miss something?

That probably means it's not built for the CPU in your cam. These instructions should be used with firmware from this repo (and only if your camera is supported)
