Error during debian preseed install

I just tried to provision a physical node as first master with homek8s on a raspberry pi 1 as gateway. PXE booting works, preseeding seems to work as well but the debian installation failed in the middle of the process at the step "detect disks".

It just reported hat this step failed and then dropped me into a menu to select the next step to perform. I selected the very same step again (detect disks) and this time everything worked flawlessly, the installation process continues.

This was tested on a Beelink T45 (Intel Celeron J4205). We need to repeat the whole provisioning process for this node and gather install logs somehow to further analyze this problem.
