There is no animation when the menu is opened on MacOS, and there is a fade-out animation only after the menu ends. On HelloOS, it is easy to feel dizzy because of the opening animation.

Indeed. We need to find a way to remove the animation from menus.

Is this something that can be configured in KWin?

Maybe animation It is use all, not software window.
