Add permission rules for Users, Moderators and Admins #54

At the moment anyone who can access Admin can see and do anything. There would be three Roles:

Users

Can create or edit Regions, Caves, Clubs, Squeezes
Can create, edit and delete their own Visits, Attempts and Trips

Moderators

Can create, edit and delete all models except Users and Posts

Super Admin

Can do anything - currently ok!
Could probably just be called Admin
