The freqency plans page shows US915 Downlink freqs, which I don't think Helium uses #1706

After clicking the "Downlink" toggle, I don't think that these frequencies shown are used for the Helium Network based on the "Danger" comment at the top of the page.

A note should be added that these frequencies are shown for LoRaWAN info only, and are not used by the Helium Network.

Or maybe I'm wrong: perhaps Helium IOT Hotspots transmit on both uplink and downlink frequencies. If that's the case, this issue can probably be closed.
