The links on the "Oracle Data" page to the protobuf files are out-of-date #1361

We need to find a better way to update that page. Currently, the .proto files are linked by commit hashes, which means that the "gateway reward" one still points to a message named "gateway_reward_share", when it's actually called "gateway_reward" in the protobuf definition now.

Make sure to merge my #1360 before making any further changes/updates.
