Make vtx_freq and pit_mode_freq a picker #8

Similar behavior to a date-picker.

The picker should have a grid of all the frequencies available to choose.

When the user picks from vtx_freq, the band and channel dropdowns should update to reflect the selected frequency and set the appropriate values
