Utility to convert binary file to array format

E.g. binary file containing 0x010203 -> "0x01, 0x02, 0x03,"

Usage

.\hexfmt -f binaryFileName 

To set the number of elements per line (default is 16):

.\hexfmt -f binaryFileName -n numElements
