This is an idea and planing task for the next major release.

Remove babel setting from layout, can now be included as entries since 1.1
Remove unnecassery encore config key (setting can be added directry under huh_encore)
Unset dynamic entries in Layout (add active field)
Remove custom fe_page fields (use contao default fields)
Remove entry definition support
~~Remove utils bundle dependency~~
Remove deprecations
