Does not allow to save after a period of time. Lost a lot of work!! #441

Hello

First of thank you for making the extension available.

Though I noticed that after working on it for several hours, you can't save your files anymore.

All changes are not registered and lost the next time you open the file.

Furthermore, making changes to the file are not seems as changes to the system/vscode.

I guess this issue is similar to #434 !

Would consider it crucial as it is directly related to reliability. :-|
