windows桌面版和安卓app版怎么和服务端连接呢，想要app或者桌面上看服务端上本地传了书

windows桌面版、服务端、安卓app都是独立的，不用互相连接。

本地书需要在两边都上传，并且保持书名和作者名一样，才能同步进度

請問要怎麼同步進度?!是用同一個WEBDAV嗎?!
