Feature/theme colors (#2)

* Refactor Info.plist to enable FLTEnableImpeller, add some custom color logic

* AppColorsProvider added

* safearea and color fixes

* Added skeletonizer to instruments and parades and save last tab selected to cache

* Save theme to cache, update logo

* chore: Update .gitignore to include .vscode folder

* Update github workflows

* Fix test that require dotenv
