@cromulus suggested we use some kind of monitoring for the relay server for when it goes down and said this is the new hotness: https://github.com/lorieri/coreos-newrelic

Looping @essejhsif into this conversation since he is going to put some monitoring in place on the relay server

Looks like that github repo isn't the way to go. NewRelic has released its own docker monitoring system instead: http://newrelic.com/docker
