Cannot use learn/mobile on terminal #26
Comments
Interesting. I just tried that feature on a Android 10 with Chrome and Firefox Beta:'
I have no idea why it's behaving so differently on different phones and browsers—seems like it's an issue with the JavaScript terminal library we're using. I don't know how to fix it myself, but I can take a look and see if there are any issues/PRs upstream that might be relevant. |
Oh, I'm sorry, looks like I didn't fully understand your issue first time I read it. I went back and tried tapping "help" rather than typing anything and, at least on my phone, it worked on both Firefox and Chrome, bringing up the keyboard each time. Even if this specific feature works for me, it seems like the current console implementation simply doesn't work consistently on mobile browsers. Maybe the best option (at least for now) would be to hide that section of the site for mobile users... |
So people cannot learn Haskell on mobile? 🤔 😢 |
When I tap on "write help" or one of the example commands to try out, I cannot actualy execute this, because on a mobile device I have no enter key(board).
