Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to have the ability to track certificates issued in Vault via ACME protocol. The https://developer.hashicorp.com/vault/docs/secrets/pki/considerations#auditing document suggests using fields like serial_number, common_name, alt_name, not_after, etc. to be able to track them, however Vault does not log those fields for certificates issued via ACME.
Describe the solution you'd like
Could you please consider implementing the same level of auditing for ACME as already done for certificates, issued via Vault API
Describe alternatives you've considered
None exist, information about the certificates issued via ACME is not logged.
