We could add a You may need to preface this command with sudo note wherever we recommend it, which is what we do on the blog sometimes: sintaxi/harp#439

Is it just me, or is Harp installing just fine without sudo now? Just installed 0.21.0 on a new computer, and it worked perfectly.
