Problem

Once PDF generation is available, we will need a way to generate leases for specific states & property types.

There are laws that cover housing in the United States, and then there are state-specific laws as well.

There are lease template websites that have solved part of this problem for us. They provide templates for each state and property type. This website is an example that provides leases for states.

MVP

An MVP release might contain a lease template specifically for Townhomes in Florida.

The template should dynamically pick up the following details:

1. Owner's name
2. Tenant(s') name(s)
3. Start Date
4. End Date
5. Lease Amount
