Problem

We currently have a Tenant model and an association to Lease but we have to manually create the tenants in console and attach them to leases. It would be a better user experience to be able to create new tenants through the UI and to attach them to leases.

Something to keep in mind: when creating a new lease, you won't necessarily always create new tenants. For example, if we're renewing a lease, the newly created lease would still have the same existing tenants - not brand new ones.
