groupby/agg and set_index usually result in multi-index table.
They should be rendered as hierarchial header view as well:

 |   sample-1   |    sample-2   |    sample-3
 | mean  |  std |  mean  |  std |  mean  |  std | 
0| 
1|

pandasgui uses another QTableView to mimic QHeaderView but overriding paintSection etc might be more straightforward.
