Mediawikii-adm is not able to proceed if no wiki-name is set hardcoded.

This is in Conflict with new dockers where the wiki-name is only set via Environment-Variables.

Possible options: Make it available to configure Wiki-name with profile

or/nad do a failsave , if no wikiname is set use database-name.
