When a Shapefile is loaded in hale studio, it may happen that the data which is loaded may not have its corresponding schema already loaded. This could result in the data being squeezed in random geometry types. The goal of this ticket is to add an option to load the data with lenient or strict read mode.
In lenient mode, the data will be read as now it is being read, i.e., in multiple geometry types
In strict mode, it should read the data in only one geometry type.
The changes should also be backwards compatible (i.e., to load the old hsd files without any changes)
