I am getting the following error (and other relevant permutations of it) while trying to control my Mitsubishi Electric HVAC units:

Failed to call service climate/set_hvac_mode. 'coroutine' object is not subscriptable

Control does eventually seem to work (very slow).

Is there a way to remove this?

Got a very same issue. For me, it helped to simply delete and re-add the Integration Entry on the MelCloud configuration page, making sure local checkbox is disabled.

It is reproducible with the checkbox being enabled, and works flawlessly with it being off.
