Find a new home for the benchmarks page

Something odd has happened in the last few days: our GitHub Terraform operation is consistently failing when trying to Terraform this repo. I've reported this upstream (see there for details, I won't bother to repeat them here as they're irrelevant to this issue):

integrations/terraform-provider-github#1594

Anyway, unless that's fixed somehow, we need to find a new home for our benchmarks, as when I disable this repo's GitHub Pages, the Terraform operation works again. Cloudflare Pages should be a good alternative home; I just need to find the time to set it up. For now, I will disable the benchmarks in GitHub Pages.

Unfortunately not. We still can't Terraform GitHub pages on this repo. Ugh.

This is trivial to do on Cloudflare.
