Overview

Currently, components throughout the app do not match - some use MUI styling, while others do not - thus creating a fractured user experience. All components throughout VRMS must be updated to Material-UI components (e.g., all buttons, checkboxes, radio groups, dropdowns, etc.).

Action Items

Trillium to refine below action items into individual issues that are broken down
