libz-dev warning in our build #268

We are getting this annoying warning from our build:

web_1     | [swift-build]  warning: you may be able to install libz using your system-packager:
web_1     | [swift-build]  warning:     apt-get install libz-dev

Steps to reproduce:

Build the website

I suggest we look into what's causing this and how to get rid of it.
