The sidebar on the left provides navigation links for the website. On mobile, this collapses into the header from include/header.html, which only links to Resources. This renders the rest of the site either hard to get to (in the case of pages that are hyperlinked to from the homepage), or completely inaccessible! We should add a hamburger menu with all of the links.
