H5P Library updated once new library is uploaded

Hi,

Issue#1

I've modified the H5P Library and changed its title, summary, description, and icon from the database and some library icons were dependent on the file so edited from there.

But once I uploaded the new h5p library then all my changes were overwritten and brought the old content. Only some of the h5p library is as is.

As you can see in the image below, red highlighted dotted libraries are overwritten and the default icon, text, and title came back but the green ones remained the same after I uploaded the new library.

Issue#2

Some of the libraries I can edit from the database table called "wp_h5p_libraries_hub_cache" but some of the libraries cannot able to edit from the database. Even if I change the icon, and title it still shows the default one. Can you please tell me why is that?
